Artwork description:

I created this screenprint from photos I took along the Gowanus Canal, a historic industrial area in Brooklyn, New York. This print shows the Port of New York Authority Grain Terminal in Red Hook which was built in 1922 to hold grain for shipment on barges though the canal. It’s twelve stories high and towers over the large boat on the side. I like the variations of color and texture on the weathered façade. See more photos at @gowanuslink on Instagram. Orders to the U.S. are shipped flat with a custom mat for framing.
