Artwork description:
An original, limited edition screen print of a Japanese geisha.
A contemporary portrait, hand printed in a bold, graphic style. This geisha artwork was created from my own hand drawn illustration, combined with a background taken from a photograph of an old tiled wall.
Hand printed in 4 colours (pale blue, blue, hot pink and black) using water based inks on high quality, 300gsm Fabriano 5 paper. This is a pure white paper with a lovely smooth finish.
The print is sold unframed but is displayed for the photographs in a standard 40 x 50 frame with mount (mount aperture: 29 x 39cm).
Paper size: 35 x 50cm
Image size: 26 x 36cm
Limited edition of 7 prints
The print will be wrapped in acid free tissue paper and packaged in a strong cardboard tube for delivery.
Materials used:
