I love painting unconventional/ alternative people, I admire the effort that goes into creating a look.

At the time of the sitting, Sacha's fringe was bright green. That is how I had originally painted it. But Sacha's hair was forever changing, so I recently updated it to the colour that is seen here.

I am fond of this dimension canvas, it allows a large painting to occupy a slim wall space. It also works with the gothic theme...as if we are viewing her through a tall slim gothic window.
