Original artwork description:
After delivering paintings to a group exhibition at The Base Greenham Common, I went for a walk on the common to make sketches for a painting. The common is very large and flat, the gorse was in full flower. The walks are wide and gravelly. My painting Gorse on the common was made over the following days. Painted freely on a Burnt Siena ground the painting is interestingly textured. Signed titled and dated on the reverse. Shipped carefully packed with a certificate and a track and trace identity.
