The idea of this painting came from a story, posted online by an owner of what she calls them - mythical creatures. Her funny doggo called Zabava (meaning fun, amusement) was pictured curled up in some armchair and I immediately saw in my mind that the dog almost ideally follows the golden radio image.
This painting is my first serious oil painting which I was making parallel to my other oil artwork, studying how the medium works, how long /fast it dries.
The golden ratio isn't flawless - which is a big trend at the moment to show artist's human side. Yes, I painted it by freehand and the line made flaws to the pulsing of blood in my veins. And I like it this way.
