'Golden Misty Waters' is a painting that was inspired by the ocean in Australia. This is a very detailed painting with colour crossing over one another to create effect. A painting to express how nature is free to do whatever it wants, without expectations. I've introduced subtle yet impactful gold highlights, capturing the essence of sunlight dancing on the glistening water. This work is specific to the colours of Australian beaches and how they intertwine creating a dance of their own. It is not intended to be too literal and so allows you to see whatever you can find.
