Painted on-site on Lake Nokomis Parkway in Minneapolis. Features a broad, arching, late autumn maple tree, rich with yellow, bronze, and gold. Painted in oil over casein paint on board. The casein paint in the background dries to a matte finish, which contrasts with the oil paint of the leaves. Texture in the tree foliage is created with a palette knife. Also contains iridescent gold and bronze paint, which add a subtle shimmer. Framed in a wood frame a weathered bronze. finish.
