Abstract impressionist landscape, 80x80cm.

One of many paintings I have brought back from my painting trip to the North Pembrokeshire coast. There is something gentle and beautiful about the colour and light here which I really love.

The golden hour, later afternoon light, infuses everything with a heady glow.

I use beautiful quality acrylic paints, mostly Golden acrylic, and Lascaux, and a large variety of brushes and palette knives, to drip, wash, smudge and paint the surface of the canvas, to create a rich and varied painting.

This 80x80cm landscape painting is acrylic on canvas. It’s unframed. It has white painted edges, and is strung with picture cord
