The mother of cheese earth from year to year generously endows us with her gifts. Protects the seeds of winter crops in their juicy, warm bowels. Grows the harvest for us. Covers the history of our land. The same land was cultivated by our great-great-grandchildren from time immemorial. We nourished our family with her fruits and themselves became her.
