Inspired by a natural organic texture this square wall sculpture comes literally off the
wall thanks to the movement given to its spykes.
Firstly molded by hand with cellulose on a wooden board, the texture was then impregnated with epoxy resin to stiffen and harden the spykes.
Afterwards I covered the whole surface, edges included, with other 2 coats of resin mixed to a pure gold metal pigment,
As the final result the spykes look like coming out of a golden magma.
