Original artwork description:
This is one of my gold pigment experiment.
The base is a 19.75"×19.75" framed wood sign board. I seal it and gesso it. The background is painted with acrylic. Once it is dry, I paint the mandala with oil based gold pigment.
The wood sign board comes with two saw tooth hanging hardware on the top back so this piece is ready to hang.
This piece is made by hand so it is not machine like "clean cut". The gold pigment will shine under certain lighting angle. In another word, you may find the color looks different under different lighting condition. Although I've tried my best to match the digital picture to actual product, the color may vary due to different monitor setting. Please be aware of this fact.
