Here you have a medium-sized painting from my recent Go and Meet the Rain collection. This series has its inception from a moving line in the ancient Book of Changes - the I Ching. This text deals in elemental realities and this aphorism suggested to me the greening of the desert after rainfall. For me, this encouraged me to move to that place in myself where my creativity bubbles forth, and in darker, more challenging times I feel a much stronger imperative to do so.
This is an original painting - acrylic on acid-free card - float-mounted and framed in white. The painting is ready to hang.
