An original Pencil Drawing depicting a fallen gladiator and based off the sculpture by Pierre Julien in 1777-78 - displayed in the Louvre, Paris, the original sculpture is actually coming up for sale at Sotheby's in July - with a guide price of between £180k - £250k - my drawing is a bit cheaper :)


The drawing measures 50cm wide x 37cm tall and is available framed or unframed

Following a 20 year Hiatus Paul picked up his pencils again and started drawing back in 2012

Turning professional in 2016 Paul has won accolades across the globe, initially exhibiting and selling work in Shanghai, Hong Kong, Singapore and Thailand he now resides in the centre for contemporary British Art and the Tate Modern Gallery, St Ives, Cornwall.

From his open studio and commercial gallery in the town he spends hours, weeks and months drawing incredibly detailed images inspired by the plethora of artists and art in the local area. His work is on permanent display in the Stowe Gallery of Truro and with individual and corporate collections across the world.

The drawing is being sold unframed to reduce shipping costs - however I can offer a bespoke framing service as required - just send me a message to discuss.
