This painting shows a young girl taking off her T-shirt in a very spontaneous and everyday movement. Thus, almost incidentally, all the grace and gracefulness of the female body comes to the fore, shone on by summer light and in the midst of nature, as the green background suggests to us. She is painted with nimble, decisive brushstrokes, some parts are only sketched, allowing the background to shimmer through and the figure, painted in black and white, to merge with it.
