Female beauty has always been considered the most perfect form of embodiment of life on the planet. But the life of women in past centuries was not at all as easy as it is today. This is especially true for black women. Today, black women walk the catwalk, act in films, work as doctors, are politicians, but in the 19th century they were slaves and worked hard on plantations, and in the middle of the 20th century they were not allowed into regular cafes and boycotted. I am happy that racial discrimination is disappearing in the world today. It is important for me to portray the unique beauty of a black woman and show her magnificence. The girl in the painting finally feels free, a light, almost transparent dress adorns her figure and allows her to move freely. Today she came to the field to collect a magnificent bouquet, and not to work hard.
