Original artwork description:

While on a painting trip to Ghost Ranch I also took many reference photos as well as did many plein air paintings. This is the area where Georgia O'Keefe painted many of her famous paintings. This work was painted from one of those reference photos when I got home. This area is a very inspiring place. I stayed there for 5 nights and just drank up the feeling of the magnificent Desert southwest.
