For me, a painting is always a painting-object. Actor. Our world is a world of interactions. The canvas and paint interact with each other, and I interact with them, then the painting interacts with the viewer. I don't paint portraits, I add "eyes" to painting. When we look at her, she looks at us.

The work is made using the author's technique on premium quality linen canvas. The ends are treated with white paint.
