At first, I see the headlights flashing from behind the trees in the driveway. Just for a second. The dogs then sense your approach, and sing your praises, loud and clear. For a few minutes, there’s a big, loud party happening, as your footsteps approach. You haven’t even opened the front door yet. When you finally do, the rejoicing climaxes, as the furry ones leap high into the air, trying to get closer to you. Oh, what a big welcome home it is!
