Meet George he is a rather handsome wire haired dachshund created with acrylic paints on a W16 x H20 inch wooden cradled panel. If you look closely you can see layers of marks and colours which beautifly make up his wiry hair.
George has been sealed with satin varnish and is ready to hang in a lovely wooden white floating frame.
My dog portraits are bold and colourful, I like to add clothes and glasses to my animals as a way of expressing their personality and adding more colour. I want them to add a sense of humour and fun to your decor while celebrating the animals themselves.
