This art work belongs to an ongoing series of abstract paper works.

I combined several techniques and medias like graphite and charcoal as well as acrylic and vinyl paint. The harsh contrasts and the rather coarse use of pencils serve a rough but powerful effect.
With the reduced color range and by the use of graphite I wanted to add an elegant expression to that effect in order to create an enigmatic appeal.

The work is embossed (see pic.) and signed on the back.

I would recommend a generous off-white passepartout and a simple frame.
