This art work belongs to an ongoing series of abstract paper works.

The starting point was a drawing with plain graphite - as I love the plain elegancy of the shimmering grey shades and the structure created with the hatching.
Another layer is opened up with the collage piece, the darker shapes, which I created separately with spray paint and pencil.
By passing on vibrant colors and by the use of simple graphite I pursued a rough and at the same time elegant expression with a mystical appeal.

The work is embossed (see pic.) and signed on the back.

I would recommend a generous off-white passepartout and a simple frame.
