This painting is an immersion of an abstract landscape depicting a fiery sunset over a watery basin and field of mineral formations, inspired by the natural beauty of the Earth. The suggested orientation is shown in the context picture; however, the buyer is free to change the orientation if desired.

This artwork was created by applying high intensity alcohol inks to a fluid oil base, creating large, deep geode-like structures. Bright metallic and fluorescent oils with alkyd for texture and gloss were used to create the fine details.

The painting continues onto the sides and so is ready to hang unframed if desired. A triple layer of gloss varnish protects the painting from sunlight and UV rays.
