Original artwork description:

Almond trees have bloomed on the coast of Montenegro. Of course, after Van Gogh, any attempt to paint blooming almond trees is doomed to comparison with the great master (and alas, not in my direction).

But the temptation to fly into the delicate, airy, poetic flowering is so great that I am unable to resist.

The painting was created on a stretched canvas and painted on the sides, so the artwork could be hang as it is without a frame if preferred.
