Inspired by a trip to a Thai elephant sanctuary, this piece seeks to capture the calm, familial and mysterious nature of the inner workings of an elephants mind and soul by creating an intimate close up portrait. This painting was created using Charcoal and Acrylic inks on Mountboard.
