The women on my painting are enjoying themselves in a hotel lobby in Las Vegas.
As a painter I'm interested in small moments like this. To me it says a lot about todays society, about the way we see ourselves, the way we interact and also how we are influenced by all sorts of technologies, in this case the slot machines with its bright neon lights.
