Original artwork description:

This is a map illustration of Galway City showing as many places and roads that I could manage into the space as close as possible to where they would be placed in relation to their geographical location within the city. It is the first map I made in the Word Map series and the one which really got me interested in creating more word maps. It is relatively small, but I do have prints available in 30x30 cm size. Please message me if you would be interested in prints of the Galway Word Map.

Materials used:

ink on hot pressed watercolour paper
