Truly a statement piece here. Big format rendering of a wonderful beech tree I encountered, while hiking Galicica mountain range. Such perfection of form and such sense of strength and stability in this amazing tree.
The drawing took a long time to accomplish at this level of details and it's been fascinating work to render all the varied textures and nuances. And so rewarding to see how the finished piece truly transforms an ambience with quite unignorable presence.
Charcoal on thick acid free paper, secured with multiple coats of archival fixative. The sheet is 100x70m, white margins 4cm on each side to facilitate framing.
Signed on the front bottom right and signed/titled on the back.
Comes carefully packed in a shipping tube and insured for shipping.
