Size with frame: 13 x 13 x 3 cm

This is a really unique artwork, part of a new collection called "Futuristic Old Time Cities". It is an acrylic and fluorescent colours painting on high quality cotton canvas. The frame is made with real wood, (so there are little signs of imperfections), by a framer in England. I have added to it just a touch of gold to make it even more special. The painting and the frame look complete together!
I never painted Denver before. I'm fascinated by old buildings, so very often I will search online for photos of any city in the 1890's, to see how they looked on those times. I always feel amazed by the beauty and the futuristic look they had. This painting is my own interpretation of an old image of Denver, now in a parallel world.
On top of a building there are three little TV characters which are the people of this dimension.
I loved spending a lot of time adding details and colours to create "Futuristic Old Time Denver".

It looks a lot more vibrant in the flesh!
