Original artwork description:

Most often people dream of where they would like to be, such as island or beach or somewhere exotic. Yet this is about dreaming of being in same place I am now but at a future time, distant in time. You can always travel to that desired place but you cannot readily travel to that distant time, you have to wait for time to pass to deliver you where you wish to be. It is an exploration of abstractionism.

This work is painted on 12 oz gallery canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is hand-stretched onto a frame is 200 cm in width by 88 cm in height. This painting HAS A FLOATING FRAME - Oak, Charcoal. 7 cm deep.

This work was created on the 28th day of September 2019.

In my paintings, I use the finest quality professional acrylic paints and gallery canvas. The painting was sprayed with a glaze of varnish.
