This work explores the emotion of the future, a future filled with beauty and wonder, a future that is worth working towards, a future that is filled with joy. A hope. A belief. A yearning for a future filled with beauty. The colours are metaphors for the joyful feelings of what awaits us all, not a dark scary future, but one filled with promise and wonder. It is an exploration of abstractionism and painted in the style of abstract expressionism.

I like using acrylics as the colours blend so well together.

This work is painted on 12 oz gallery canvas and has been sealed with varnish. The canvas is hand stretched onto a frame is 122 cm in width by 183 cm in height

This work was created in 1st September 2018.

In my paintings, I use finest quality professional Liquitex acrylic paints, gallery canvas. The painting was sprayed with a glaze of varnish.

A Certificate of Authenticity with hologram - verification is attached to the image.

SHIPPING
Shipping costs for this work internationally can be prohibitively expensive but the canvases can be taken off the stretchers and rolled up and shipped in a crate, avoiding heavy shipping costs.
