Hi,
This is a hyperrealist still life - a genre I visit occasionally.
In these pictures I try to create a sensual picture where you can almost taste the food on the plate. It is also a depiction of pleasure.
The work has been built up in layers with meticulous detail and rich colours.
Full English refers to the heart stopping breakfast that they serve in British cafes and hotels.
