Artwork description:

The inspiration for this linocut print is a lovely cherry tree by a woodland path in Saltburn, North Yorkshire. It's an original multi-block linocut print, using four blocks of lino to produce the final image. It uses two of the same blocks as used for the 'Before Blossom' print.

It is a limited variable edition print of 50 using Zerkall extra smooth printing paper and Lawrence oil-based printing inks. The printed image size is 31cm x 41cm, and paper size is approx 40cm x 50cm which gives a generous margin to allow for framing. Edition number may differ from the one shown.

My linocuts are handmade from start to finish - hand carved, inked and handprinted, and as such they will have small variations between prints - making each print into a unique artwork. These prints are flat packed if delivered within the UK, and will be sent packaged in tissue and a tube if delivered outside of the UK.
