Original artwork description:

This large oil painting depicts a collection of roses in bloom. It was inspired by the experience of being in the rose gardens at Kew Gardens, where the quantity of floral forms and the heavenly scent coming from them was almost overwhelming. I wanted to create a painting that would convey the intensity of the experience and allow the viewer to really enjoy the curling petal forms and myriad of colours emerging from the blooms.

This is one of the paintings in my 'Full bloom' series of works.

The original painting is now sold, however the work is now available as a beautiful, limited edition giclee print. These prints are made using the giclee printing process to ensure wonderful brightness and intensity of colour. The paper is highest-quality Hahnemuhle German Etching paper, which has a lovely feel and wonderful matte finish. Each print is signed and numbered on the front.

The prints are sold unframed and will be sent to you rolled in a sturdy postal tube.
