Original artwork description:

The Russian cruiser "Moscow" sank in the Black Sea on April 14, "Ukrposhta" released the stamp "Fuck you, russian military ship" two days earlier. The prophetic stamp became one of the most sought-after among philatelists.
The picture for the stamp was chosen in a competition from many others. The author of the image is Ukrainian artist Boris Groh. He depicted Ukrainian border guard showing the FAK to the Russian military ship, which is approaching the Ukrainian shores.
It happened on the first day of war. Cruiser «Moscow» on the first day of Russia's invasion in Ukraine, came to our shores and commanded Ukrainian border guards on the island Zmiinyj to lay down weapons and surrender. In response, Ukrainians answered: "Fuck you, russian military ship". This statement became a symbol of the Ukrainian resistance. In one and a half months Ukrainian mail has released this stamp. And the words of Ukrainians, and stamp itself became prophetic. Two days after the publication of the stamp cruiser Moscow was shot down by Ukrainians and sank.
This picture, which I painted in acrylic is not a copy of the stamp. It’s my illustration of the continuation of history - the ship is no longer standing, but really sinking. This picture - about Ukraine and its invincible force in this war.

Materials used:
