Original artwork description:

This work was created in the first month after my move to Moscow in December 2003. After all my life in Central Asia, my first, very cold Moscow winter and domestic disturbances became a great impetus for my creative powers. That month I created 10 new acrylic pieces on the floor of my friends' friends where I was temporarily staying. Most of them were warm southern fantasies. 'Fruit and Wine' denotes the technique that shaped my future development as an artist.
Escapism and the search for transcendent became my trademark.

ATTENTION! This artwork will be shipped from Moscow.

Materials used:

acrylic & tempera on cardboard
