Original artwork description:

This gouache painting was made during 15 degree weather in Hillsdale, NY. My wife rented a little cabin for me and a fellow painter friend so we could work together and have some laughs. The weather was incredibly cold but we each managed to create a few paintings outside anyhow. This frozen waterfall was right outside the cabin door and I was intrigued by the green hue of the frozen water and the abstract shapes is created.
