Original artwork description:

This work was inspired by an early morning walk at Westonbirt Arboretum near Tetbury. A sunny morning in February, the sun had already melted large parts of the frost, but large areas still remained. I was drawn to the contrast of colours between the bright light green of the grass and the blue tinted frost in the shadow. The dog walker added extra interest.
One of my special places for a walk.
