In the weekend I spend some quality time in an ancient wood in Gower Peninsula, walking among the trees, with my dogs and letting the week's events drift out of my head. Sometimes I am suddenly struck by someone else's point of view and how it suddenly makes sense, when it did not before. The power of nature allows me to emotionally and psychologically "defrag".
