I wanted to paint this Detective Inspector from a less conventional viewpoint.

He's a bit of a 'silver fox' - wonderful face.

This piece has a very relaxed, warm feel. I use grey a lot - it compliments just about everything, but particularly skin tones .Here, we have an abundance of grey - hair, walls, sweater. If you - like me, love grey ...this one is for you.

Signed front and reverse, edges painted grey.

Ships secured within a hardboard case, so more secure than a cardboard box but less expensive than a wooden crate.
