In times of isolation...
I've found my style heavily influenced by isolation, and although my subject matter remains the same, there's a different quality to these series. A specific dark blue, a dark shade visits each of the paintings, giving that melancholic feeling. But then there are pops of colour that are coming from a place of hope for a brighter future to aspire to.

The style is full of contrast, the loose brush strokes against the uniformity of pattern, the warm against the cool, and the hope against the blues.

This painting is done using artist grade acrylic paints on professional quality artist board with a deep edge that's painted a dark blue.
Details have been added using Posca pens.
It is varnished, signed and ready to hang.
The painting comes with a signed certificate of authenticity.
