I love Frida's jewelry. It's big and solid and heavy...and reminds me of pre-Columbian art. Maybe, it is pre-Columbian? I love that she chose this heavy jewelry that reflects her heritage.

I drew this image onto linoleum, carved out the negative space, printed it onto Strathmore paper, and colored it in with watercolor and gouache.
