The painting "Free Fall Lemon Drop" is part of a large series that utilizes complex color palettes, bold brushwork and dramatic compositions. The series also introduces abstracted organic shapes interlaced with representational imagery. These pieces are about capturing the essence of coastal life…the joy of being around water and the warmth from a bright sun-filled day. I am attempting to express harmony, gratitude and passion for this incredibly beautiful planet we all share.
