Stunning circular painting of beautiful frangipani, strewn on a patch of garden ground, in a villa in Bali. Inspired by one of my photo clicks.
There is something very deep, pure and meditative about frangipanis. These divine starbursts resting peacefully on the lawn and sometimes floating in waters of the pool, makes one stop and gaze at them even if it is for a short while! The kind of blissfulness and positivity it springs forth is unmistakable. Those who follow my works know that I love painting florals and abstracts and this semi-abstract beautifully blends both the contrasts of realism and abstraction.
