FRAGMENTS of SUMMER

New work for 2022, focuses on mixed media on paper.
Painting measures 70 cm X 60 cm, there's a generous edge, measuring about 2cm, to allow for matt mount and framing.
The paper is a superb linen textured, Fabriano 300gsm.
The painting is worked with high quality, pigment watercolour paints and ink, built in layers to create depth, often guiding the paper to allow the paint to find it's own way. It's an exciting new direction for me and I'm absolutely loving it. The painting is finished with a UV universal fixative and two coats of gloss varnish for protection. This will require Framing.
Signed on the reverse, abstract painting, hang in any direction to suit your requirements.
