Title : Fernando Pessoa

My work, "Fernando Pessoa in Nine Images", is a visual exploration of the multidimensional personality of the great Portuguese poet. Using acrylics and ink on canvas, I capture the multifaceted nature of Pessoa, who was a writer with many pseudonyms, each with his own distinct voice and worldview.

The nine images act as windows into different aspects of his existence: from the poet's contemplative gaze, to his most enigmatic and introverted versions. The ink lines convey a sense of writing and thought, while the acrylic colors alternate between light and shadow, emphasizing the emotional intensity of the work.

This work is not just a portrait, but a visual narrative of Pessoa's inner conflict and creative genius. My goal is to invite the viewer to search for the multiple levels of identity, as he himself explored them through his poems and texts.

With this visual composition, I pay tribute to one of the greatest thinkers in literature, giving him form through my own artistic language.
