This fishing pond is down the road from where we live, and makes a good landscape painting. I love to use different colours, and this is unusual, but the muted colours the kinds of days we get in Wales with a dampness in the air.
The colours used are harmonious, giving the picture a gentle nature.
This pastel painting is framed in a gold and off-white canvas frame pleine aire frame 6cm wide that suits the picture.
