Listen !
The forest sings.
It whispers, murmurs, rumbles and growls, sometimes buzzes, sometimes purrs, resounds or chimes. It makes us perceive the breath of the wind in the foliage and distinguish the refrains of the birds that inhabit it.
But if you linger, at nightfall, you are on the lookout for some nocturnal raptor hoot or the persistent howl of some stray wolf.
