Original artwork description:

A view through one of the iconic Ashdown Forest tree clumps. Low sun and low light as dusk falls. Despite the fading light I have made the pine foliage and forest floor clearly defined in deep, dark blues and greens. The painting is on a deep canvas which means it can be wall mounted as it is, or within a canvas.
