First time offered! From my personal collection: Forbidden Fruit. This painting served as the keynote piece in my first solo show – in 2009 -- at the OK Hotel in Seattle, Washington. From then on it has been on display in my home.

This painting, perhaps more than any other I’ve ever done, epitomizes my approach to creating art that is alive with visual interest, gestural power and creative energy. All of my work is highly physical – Forbidden Fruit, especially so. With fluid brushstrokes and muscular marking meant to captivate the viewer and demand attention. It would be impressive no matter where you hang it.

Forbidden Fruit is painted on a 36 x 48 x 1.5 inch gallery-wrapped canvas and professionally framed in a black 2.5 inch deep metal frame for added “weight.” I will carefully package and ship the painting in a double-thick cardboard box for maximum protection. And it will be accompanied by a signed Certificate of Authenticity ensuring the collector of its originality and artistic value.
