The Anglo-Saxon “Treow” means both ‘Tree’, and ‘Truth’. Inspired by the folk tale of king midas and the ass’s ears, this is a series of twelve etchings that imagine the trees listening to, and mirroring our thoughts, whispering back to us with their leaves in the wind.
Available as a limited edition of 10, each etching is stamp embossed and numbered, signed on front. Wood frame with black stain finish.
'Silent Voices' was discussed and featured in "Thinking On My Feet" - a book by Kate Humble, released October 18. I was later commissioned to create her a "Silent Voices" cover and also create plates throughout the book.
As there are only seven prints remaining in this series, each shipment will contain an additional (water-based ink) screen printed leaf gift as a 'thanks' for the order.
"Follow Your Heart" is also available framed - please see my storefront.
